Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Disabilitysingles platform, you agree to the following conditions. Please read each clause carefully before contracting our digital usability and single-tenant architecture services.

1.0 Service

Purpose of the Contract

Disabilitysingles provides B2B software solutions, including single-tenant architectures, API integrations, and web accessibility audits. The exact scope is defined in the service order signed by both parties. Services not specified in writing are not included.

2.0 Responsibility

Client Obligations

The client must provide secure access to their systems, up-to-date technical documentation, and a valid point of contact during implementation. Any delay attributable to the client may modify the agreed timelines without penalty for Disabilitysingles.

3.0 Limitation

Limitation of Liability

Disabilitysingles shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruption resulting from unauthorized modifications made by the client. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the contracted service in the last twelve months.

4.0 Ownership

Intellectual Property Rights

The source code developed specifically for the client under the single-tenant model is owned by the client once fully paid. Libraries, frameworks, and general-use tools retain their original license.

5.0 Term

Duration and Termination

The contract is effective from the date of signing until the completion of the project or the contracted support period. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice if the other party breaches essential obligations not remedied within 15 days.

6.0 Changes

Modification of Terms

Disabilitysingles may update these terms to reflect legal changes or service improvements. We will notify changes at least 30 days in advance by email. Continued use after the effective date implies acceptance of the new version.
